DELIVERY GUIDELINES

1) Free delivery for Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya for total order at least RM90 and above. For other available service area, please choose the correct State and Town/City from our selection upon shopping cart checkout , and the delivery charges will be shown and calculated. Areas that are not shown are currectly not available. You may also click here to check our delivery charges. If you require further details or clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

2) All Add-on item will only be shipped together with bouquets and flower arrangements. Order of Add-on item alone will not be shipped, but can be self pickup.

 

3) For Sirih Junjung and cakes, only self pickup is available. No delivery service provided. Buyer is required to provide us the tray and lining fabric for decoration of Sirih Junjung.

 

4) For order and payment received before 10 am, same day delivery can be arranged for Monday to Friday (except special holidays that we have announced in our announcement column). For order and payment received after 10 am, delivery will be on the next working day. Please kindly contact us for arrangement and confirmation if you required an urgent delivery.

 

5) For Sirih Junjung and cakes, please kindly place your order at least 3 working days in advance.

 

6) For specific delivery time required, please kindly contact us for arrangement and confirmation. We will try our best to delivery within the given time frame (before or after), but we cannot promise sharp delivery on the particular time.

 

7) No delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, unless special occasions such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day falls on it. For delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, please kindly contact us for arrangement and confirmation.

 

8) For delivery falls on flora peak seasons such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, please kindly place your order at least 3 days in advance for delivery in Klang Valley and Selangor, and 7 days in advance for delivery in other states. We are unable to supply Opening Stand and Condolence Wreath during 7th February to 14 February. Please kindly contact us for arrangement and confirmation if you want an urgent delivery.

 

9) Full delivery address and contact number of receiver should be stated clearly by sender.

 

10) Should delivery failed due to incorrect or incomplete information given by the sender, or whatsoever reason caused by both the recipient and sender, such as not at home or unable to be reached, the flower arrangement will be left at front door, or with the neighbours, receptionists, security guards, colleagues and others. However, re-delivery can be arranged with additional delivery charge, with the consent from the sender. Re-delivery charge is RM30 for Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya. 11) If we are unable to deliver on time due to delivery notice given by customer is shorter than required, then a refund can be arranged with deduction of admin fee if customer cannot accept a different delivery timing.
